Return & Cancellations

RETURN POLICY:

We at “Navadyaa” want our customers to be completely happy with the product, and hence, we offer a 2-Day Return Policy. This allows you to register a return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return window will automatically close after 2 days or 48 hours following delivery.

Note : The jewellery must be in the original condition, with all original tags, packaging and documentation, which comes along with the delivery of the item.

The return policy is an easy step wise process:

1. Kindly drop us a mail support@navadyaa.com

2. Once the return process is thoroughly validated by our team and the return is approved, the parcel will be collected in the same packaging, and will get returned to us.

3. We will then initiate the refund process, after assessing the quality of the product.

4. For prepaid orders, we will return the amount via the initial payment mode within 3-5 business days.

Note: There won’t be any refund for the damaged goods.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We at “Navadyaa” want the customers to believe in the product and carefully place the order. Considering operational challenges, we do not have order cancellations unless the product is damaged.

“Navadyaa” wants the customers to carefully visit the website and avoid impulsive ordering.
